I'm getting into astronomy, and I eventually aim to buy a good reflector telescope with plenty of aperture. For now, my location and budget make binoculars a better proposition. I was thinking something in the 15x75 range, but I honestly don't know where to start. What kind of magnification, light-gathering, and buy rx drugs field of view could I achieve compared to, say, a 60mm refractor telescope?
