Which are the better of the two binoculars – Barska binoculars?

i am looking for a new pair of binoculars. i need them to be waterproof also. i found two pair that i like on cabelas, but i dont know much about Barska binoculars. please gimme your opinion.
Of those two, I would suggest they would be about equal in the short term but the Bushnells will last longer. I like the longer eye relief and larger eye cups as opposed to the fold out rubber ones of the Barska binoculars. I think the Bushies are worth the extra few bucks.
