Can I use these binoculars for Astronomy?
Question by Claudia Martinez: Can I use these binoculars for Astronomy?
Their specifications are:
Barska 10-30x60.
I would like to see Jupiter and constellations...
Also, what does those numbers mean? Are bigger numbers better that smaller?
Thank you in advance.

Nope. Zoom binoculars are a really bad idea for astronomical viewing. Narrow field of view, the high magnification makes viewing really painful (headaches). You would better off with the standard 7x50's or slightly larger, fixed magnification.
