What is the approx. value of 10×70 Orion binoculars?

Well the new ones are 10.5 x 70 and sell for about $369 including tripod.

Do you have the tripod for yours?

I would venture that you could get buy drugs on line $225 or so. But you just never know, fro example if you find a collector of Orion binoculars you may get more....Float a trial ballon on e-bay or your local amateur astronomical society.
