What are the best binoculars for watching people?

Specially a person. I would be about 300 ft from person. I would also be high in a tree. I would like the binoculars to show a clear picture even though there may be open blinds, or transparent Cheap Viagra curtains in the way of the person. Also this may be at night. There will be light around the person I am watching. It is important that I see very small details with the best binoculars?
